I'm a licensed mental health professional with an integrative and holistic approach to psychotherapy. I utilize a combination of traditional collaborative and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy practices with a variety of energy psychology and integrative mind-body techniques to facilitate the healing process. Through these techniques, I helps her clients gain awareness, achieve personal growth, reduce symptoms of distress, and maintain a healthy emotional balance while they navigate towards optimal well-being.

Experience providing Mental Health Services:
I have been providing face-to-face outpatient mental health services since 2008 to individuals, couples and families struggling with a variety of issues. In addition to providing face-to-face client services, I have worked as a case manager providing clinical reviews and case consultation to both outpatient and residential mental health services providers to ensure clients are receiving quality care that is meeting their needs.
Experience with Family Issues:
I have several years of experiences working with families involved with Child Protection Services or Family Court providing parenting assessments, parenting education, therapeutic supervised visitation, family therapy, parent-child guidance therapy, and co-parenting services.
Experience with Integrative Healing Practices:
I have over 30 years of personal experience utilizing cultural healing practices rooted in Ayurvedic and natural medicine. I have been integrating a variety of mind-body techniques and practices into traditional psychotherapy since 2009 to facilitate rapid positive change, optimal psychotherapeutic outcomes, and holistic healing.
